Turning a Junk Drawer Into a Launch Strategy

Pampered Chef needed to modernize how a decades-old direct-sales brand reached younger consumers without losing the consultant network at the center of the business. We built the strategic engine behind that shift, from quarterly planning and TikTok architecture to influencer vetting and campaign concepts designed to work as culture and commerce at the same time.

the challenge

Pampered Chef had a proven direct-sales model and generations of customer trust, but its audience was aging and the media landscape around direct sales was changing. The brand needed to reach Gen Z and Millennial consumers without losing the consultant network that still powered the business. Every idea had to work as both culture and commerce.

the goals

Modernize the brand’s social and influencer strategy for younger audiences. Create campaigns that could earn attention while still supporting party bookings, consultant recruitment, and product sales. Build a strategic system the internal team could continue using beyond a single campaign.

the solution

We established quarterly planning summits to connect market trends, performance, and creative direction. That process led to “Show Us Your Drawers,” a campaign built around the universal embarrassment of a messy kitchen drawer and tied to a high-volume TikTok trend, then layered with sweepstakes mechanics that rewarded party bookings and consultant sign-ups. We also built the full TikTok launch architecture, including content pillars, cadence, paid amplification, influencer partnerships, and PR. For the Multicooker launch, we vetted creators based on engagement, audience fit, and conflicts, ultimately executing with Weelicious.

the results

The Weelicious partnership generated 590 net new Instagram followers during the giveaway window with zero unfollows. Two sponsored Facebook posts drove 783 shares and roughly 109,600 total reach, ranking as the third- and fourth-highest reach posts of the giveaway period. Those posts also generated more than 190,000 combined impressions and over 3,100 post clicks, including nearly 1,400 link clicks.

more? sure thing.
